It can hold 37.2 L, and the 1240mm length accommodates four types of interchangeable accessories within the Entertainer Series, (these include a Bamboo Knife Rack, Colander Insert, a 3-Piece Chopping Board Set and a Draining Tray). Please Note:  – Depending on your environmental conditions, placing ice directly into the trough can cause condensation to form on the underside. We recommend using the Colander Insert to store ice if condensation is an issue.
