Vintage Olds Special Los Angeles Bb Trumpet with Original Case Just Serviced 1954

Up for sale is a vintage Olds Special Bb trumpet. This horn was just chemically cleaned and serviced here in our shop and plays great. The valves and slides all move freely and quietly. It does show some wear in the lacquer and there is evidence of previous dent removal. The lacquer is pretty much gone except for a few small spots here and there; the horn is down to raw brass in most of the rest. This one comes with a lead pipe adapter that seemingly allows you to play this trumpet with a cornet mouthpiece. It comes in its original case, in good structural condition, but also shows some wear. The horn was made in Los Angeles, USA, in 1954, serial number 102843. No mouthpiece included. Check out the pictures, or come see it in person at Metro Gnome Music.
