Magnaflux Zyglo® ZL-19 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant

Product Description Zyglo® ZL-19 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant Level 1 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant An all-purpose lower-sensitivity penetrant, water-washable ZL-19 penetrant is designed for use on aluminum, steel, nickel and titanium. It is a commonly used penetrant for applications that include parts with no specifications provided by the manufacturer. It features a high flash point, so it is safe to use in open tanks. ZL-19 can be used with ZP-4B dry powder developer, with ZP-5B water suspendible developer in an agitated tank or with ZP-9F non-aqueous developer. With a UV-A light source, indications will appear as a bright green-yellow fluorescence. ZL-19 is listed on the QPL SAE AMS 2644 Qualified Product List and is approved for use by Pratt & Whitney.
