Description Reproduction of the Company Morning Report Book These books are made to the standards as stated in paragraph 127 of Revised U. S. Army Regulations, which states:127. The following books are allowed to each company: one descriptive book, one clothing book, one order book, one morning report book, each one quire, sixteen inches by ten. In the Morning Report book, a daily record of attendance was kept. The book contains 12 sets of 4 pages, 1 set for each month of a year. The first two pages contain the detailed attendance numbers of present, sick, absent, and so forth for each day of a month. The second set of pages are for daily notes explaining why the number differ from day to day.
