The Byrna CL Launcher Universal Kit includes the CL Launcher (in choice of Safety Orange or Black) and basic startup components as listed below. The Byrna CL is our most compact less-lethal pistol. This kit contains no chemical projectiles and is legal in all states in the US. The Byrna CL (Compact Launcher) is the most compact less-lethal launcher in the world. The entire platform has been reimagined for maximum concealability and stopping power. Powered by compressed air (CO2), the Byrna CL shoots .61 caliber round kinetic and/or chemical irritant projectiles that can disable a threat from up to 60-feet away. The Byrna CL is not classified as a firearm therefore does not require a permit or background check to own. Must be 18 or older to purchase. This kit does not come with chemical projectiles. The Byrna CL is only compatible with .61 caliber projectiles. No external safety lever.
