45/70 Springfield M1873-1879 Trapdoor Lower Band

Description This is the style band WITH OUT the Buffington rear sight cut out. It was used on Springfield Model 1873’s as well as all, 1877, 1878 and 1879, 45-70 Carbines, Rifles and Cadet. These trapdoors that did not originally have the Buffington sight .
